Mentee Eligibility
- Be a fully paid Regular / Associate member of CFA Society Singapore
- Have at least 3 years of full-time work experience in the investment and finance sector
- Have an open mind, be willing to be challenged, and be eager to learn
- Have firm ideas on your long term career development
- Mentees must also regularly provide feedback to the committee to make improvements for future cycles
- Successfully matched mentees will be required to pay $100. This nominal fee is to ensure mentees are committed to completing the programme
