Why Volunteering Matters

At CFA Society Singapore, volunteers are the backbone of our leadership and community — shaping our committees, driving initiatives, and guiding the way for the next generation. Whether you join a committee or take on the role of mentor, your contributions make a meaningful impact on the Society and broader investment profession.

As a volunteer, you play a key role in advancing our mission to lead the investment profession globally by upholding the highest standards in ethics, education, and professional excellence for the benefit of society.

Volunteers commit to a one-year term (1 December to 30 November). Each year, you can renew your term or explore opportunities in a different committee or special interest group.

Volunteering can equip you with new professional networks, refined skills, strengthened competencies, and, in many cases, professional learning credit.
